AI-Driven Asset Integrity

Engineering certainty for equipment that can't fail.

IntegriSphere keeps pressure equipment, pipelines and plants safe, compliant and running. Certified inspection programs, corrosion and process-safety engineering, and proprietary AI that turns decades of field knowledge into earlier, better decisions: asset integrity, powered by engineering excellence.

About IntegriSphere

Engineering DNA, fused with AI.

IntegriSphere was born by fusing decades of hands-on integrity engineering with a modern AI practice. Our principals have spent their careers in the field — inspecting boilers, vessels, piping and tanks, running corrosion programs, and leading process-safety studies across oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and nuclear environments in Canada and the United States.

We moved beyond simple prediction by embedding that field-tested knowledge into the core of our systems. The result is not software instead of engineers. It is engineers working faster and seeing further, with every number traceable to its source and every release signed by a qualified professional.

Services

From certified inspections to the strategies behind them.

01

Inspection & Certification

Pressure equipment · storage tanks · fired equipment

Fully certified inspection programs for boilers, pressure vessels, piping and tanks — from routine thickness campaigns to risk-based inspection planning that optimizes intervals using consequence and probability scoring. Where equipment is damaged, our fitness-for-service assessments extend asset life safely instead of forcing early retirement, and drone-based visual and thermal surveys reach elevated structures and find corrosion under insulation before it spreads.

02

Corrosion & Cathodic Protection

Facilities · buried pipelines · water systems

Comprehensive internal and external corrosion management: mapping and hotspot identification, facility-specific corrosion control documents, and monitoring programs tailored to fluid, pressure and temperature. We audit and optimize cathodic protection systems for buried pipelines, and design chemical treatment programs that hold corrosion below 0.05 mm/year while trimming chemical spend — with smart-pigging and inline-inspection data folded into one integrated picture.

03

Process Safety & Reliability

Hazard studies · relief systems · failure analysis

Certified HAZOP leadership for greenfield projects and revalidations, pressure-safety-valve engineering with relief-scenario modelling, and management-of-change workflows that keep modifications defensible. When equipment fails, our root-cause investigations combine metallurgical testing and fracture analysis with operational forensics — and reliability-centred maintenance planning keeps the lessons applied.

Nuclear Inspection Programs

Program development · QA/QC governance

Inspection program development and QA/QC governance shaped by nuclear-grade records discipline — the same rigour in documentation, traceability and independent verification that we carry into every other industry we serve.

AI & Proprietary Tools

Field knowledge, running as software.

Our AI does not replace inspection; it makes every inspection count for more. Machine vision reads historical reports, photos and drone imagery to catch wear patterns invisible to the eye. Analytics fuse inline-inspection runs, corrosion-probe readings and operating data into one interpretation. Predictions surface areas of concern months before they become findings.

Leak Pattern Identifier

Continuously analyzes inline inspection data, corrosion probe readings and operating inputs to predict likely leak locations before failures occur — reducing false alarms while catching what matters.

Degradation Trend Analyzer

Tracks asset degradation patterns across inspection histories and predicts remaining useful life, supporting fitness-for-service decisions and smarter shutdown intervals.

Machine-vision document reading

Historical reports, drawings and photos are read and cross-checked automatically — every extracted value anchored to its source page or cell, never invented.

Integrated monitoring analytics

Corrosion methods, water analysis and SCADA streams evaluated together, recommending inhibitor and pigging adjustments that prevent leaks and cut chemical cost.

Months
of advance warning on areas of concern through continuous data analysis
40%
fewer unnecessary intrusive inspections when programs move to risk-based, AI-screened planning
100%
of released values traceable to a source document — and reviewed by a qualified engineer
Every AI proposal passes through deterministic engineering checks and a named engineer's approval before it reaches a report. The system proposes; the engineer disposes. That is the difference between AI-assisted engineering and a black box.

Contact

Bring us a hard problem.

Talk to an engineer, not a sales team.

A TML backlog that never shrinks, pipeline data scattered across systems, a turnaround scope nobody trusts — start the conversation and we'll bring a working session, not a brochure.
